Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your order number and reason for the return when contacting us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your order number and the item you would like to exchange for when contacting us.
  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the exchange and provide further instructions if necessary.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we will either provide a replacement or offer a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items and gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
